Fundraising Events 2017
ODVSS depend on the generosity of the public to support all our fundraisers and are very grateful for all the support given to the organisation whether it be organising events, collecting donations, giving out information, walking, running, swimming or any other activity to help with our events.
Women on Wheels 2017
From the 1st of August 2017 to the 6th of August 2017, the WOW Women on Wheels cycled from Mizen Head to Malin Head and raised €10,000 for ODVSS. We are very grateful that this wonderful group chose us as a benefactor of their fundraising efforts.
Swim a Mile 2017
Many thanks to Aura Leisure Centre Tullamore for hosting the Swim A Mile sponsored swim recently. €2,323.95 was raised on the day. Thank you to all the swimmers who took part and all the staff of Aura who helped out on the day.
UNItea May 2017
ODVSS hosted an UNITea event in The Bridge Shopping Centre. This is an awareness and information event were the staff of our organisation host a free tea and coffee morning for the public. This year we raised €165.72. Thank you to everyone who donated on the day and a special thanks to John in The Bridge Centre and the staff of the upstairs restaurant for providing the hot water for the flasks and paper cups.
Fashion Show 2017
Guy Clothing and Kode in Tullamore recently hosted a fashion show with ODVSS a beneficiary. An amazing amount of €2375.00 from the proceeds on the night was donated to us. Many thanks to everyone who attended and donated on the night.
VHI Women's Mini Marathon 2017.
We wish to thank all those who took part in the VHI Womens Marathon in the name of Offaly Domestic Violence Support Service. A total of €442 was raised and donated to ODVSS.
